THE WEET-BIX KIDS TRY CHALLENGE
is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1 – Begin by setting a TRY CHALLENGE goal.
This is the goal that you’ll take on at the end of the 3 weeks of training. You get to set the activities, the distances or the time. It’s entirely up to you!
The goal should consist of three activities of your choice – this could be a traditional TRYathlon (swim, bike, run), run, bike, run or could even include exercises like push-ups, or star jumps. The activities selected should be appropriate to your age, and level of fitness. You should also think about what equipment and facilities you will have access to.
Step 2 – Create a training plan.
Over three weeks you will train and build towards getting yourself ready to tackle your TRY CHALLENGE goal!
Step 3 – Take on the TRY CHALLENGE
At the end of the three weeks it is time to take on your final TRY CHALLENGE goal which can be completed any time between 1 November 2023 and June 30th 2024. Then it’s time to celebrate!
